Ordered the Dark Oak acoustic panels for my son’s bedroom as a birthday present, the panels arrived earlier than I thought which was great however there was a mistake and I received the dark grey panels instead. Fairmont were quick to respond and sent out the replacement panels. They are great quality and a great price. I would definitely recommend using Fairmont and I would definitely order from them again. I got a pack of 7 light oak acoustic wall panels from faremount. I was a little concenred that the price was so low that the product would be sub par but It was 100%. I compared it to many other similar producs availabale at twice the price in many well known hardware retailers in Ireland and it was just as good. Amazing service overall. Not only was the price nearly 50% cheaper for the panels I wanted, but the customer service was excellent and the delivery was quick and easy. I thought as the panels were coming from Cork to Dublin that delivery would take longer. However I ordered another project from a building providers 15 mins drive away on the same day and the panels got from cork to Dublin, 4 days earlier than the order from closer to home. Great family business, definitely used them again.

We ordered 5 acoustic wall panels which were great value and look very well. Delivery came within the time advised and communication was good. The only issue was that we couldnt get confirmation of a delivery time. At 10pm there was no sign and we had to leave the house. Luckily our son waa passing by later that night and put them inside after they arrived at 10.45pm, as otherwise they would have been weather damaged as one was loose and not fully wrapped. Overall though, I would recommend as happy with the finished product

How many panels do I need?
Measure your wall width and height in cm. Divide the wall width by the panel width to get the number of panels per row. Our panels are mostly 240cm tall, so one row typically covers floor to ceiling. For example, a 300cm wide wall using 60cm panels needs 5 panels (300 ÷ 60 = 5). Always round up and order an extra panel for cuts and waste.

Yes - our slatted panels are pre-finished and can be cut with a standard handsaw, then fixed to the wall with adhesive or screws. Most rooms are completed in an afternoon.

For a complete installation you will need:
- Adhesive - one tube covers approx 1 panel
- Trims - to finish edges, corners, and joins neatly (optional)
- Spirit level and measuring tape
- A saw for any cuts (a fine-tooth hand saw or mitre saw works best)
