Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
Returns Within 14 Days
If fewer than 14 days have passed since your order was placed, you may return your item for a full refund. You can either:
- Arrange collection through us for a fee of €37.99, or
- Return the item yourself in its original packaging to:

Returns Between 14–30 Days
If between 14 and 30 days have passed since your order was placed, returns are subject to a 35% restocking charge.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Panel Colour Variation
Please note that panels ordered in separate orders are not guaranteed to be the exact same colour. For the best colour match, we recommend ordering the full quantity needed at once.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
