Delivery cost: €37.99 flat rate per order - no surprises at checkout.

Returns (within 14 days): Collection available for €37.99, or post back to us in original packaging at your own cost

Returns (14–30 days): Accepted with a 35% restocking fee. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Delivery Cost

We charge a flat rate of €37.99 per order for delivery anywhere in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. There are no hidden fees - the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We do not currently ship to Great Britain, Europe, or other international destinations. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 10 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once
  your order has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Details

  • Delivery is made to your ground floor or main entrance
  • Wall panels and lighting products are large items, please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
  • If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will contact you to arrange a new time.
  • Deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Specific time slots cannot be guaranteed
  • Our couriers are not required to carry goods beyond the delivery point (e.g. up flights of stairs).

Free Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of the delivery date.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@fairmonthome-interiors.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will arrange a collection at no cost to you and confirm the pickup date.
  3. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of the item being received back at our warehouse.

Conditions for returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in resalable condition.
  • Installed or permanently fixed items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or Missing Items:

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged or is missing from your order:

  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email info@fairmonthome-interiors.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or missing item.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice.

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund, so please check your order promptly on arrival.
